The Buffalo Bills are gearing up to host the undefeated Kansas City Chiefs this Sunday at Highmark Stadium and it looks like they might have to plan for the Chiefs getting a little extra help.

Meanwhile, Bills quarterback Josh Allen is repeatedly punched in the head by a defender and no call was made.

As for the Bills, there might be down a couple of offensive weapons for Sunday's game. Keon Coleman missed the Colts game with a wrist injury and he could be out again on Sunday. Amari Cooper was also hurting from a wrist injury and might not be 100% for the game.

The Bills will have to wait and see about tight end Dalton Kincaid after he suffered a knee injury against the Colts. He might miss Sunday's game as well.

The Bills are 8-2 going into the game while the Chiefs are 9-0.
