The Buffalo Bills are making plenty of coaching changes under new head coach Joe Brady. The team announced they have hired a new offensive coordinator who will take over for Brady after his promotion.

Buffalo Bills Hire New Offensive Coordinator

It looks like Buffalo is taking apart the team that beat them in the NFL playoffs this year. Reports are that the Bills are hiring Pete Carmichael Jr., who is the senior offensive assistant with the Denver Broncos.

Meet Pete Carmichael Jr, The Bills New OC

Carmichael Jr has been a longtime NFL coach, starting with the Cleveland Browns in 2000. He has spent the majority of his career with the New Orleans Saints, joining them as the QB coach in 2006 and leaving in 2023 to join Sean Payton in Denver.

He was a coach on the Saints when they won Super Bowl XLIV.

Brady has said in his press conference that he will continue to call the plays on offense, hust from the field instead of the box in the stadium. It is not known how much input Carmichael will have in those play calls.
