On their Facebook page, The Armor Inn announced that they will close down this weekend with the hopes of reopening next Spring.

This week they will be open on Wednesday, Friday with their final day being on Saturday, November 27th.

Armor Inn has been known for its Bike nights and live music and hopes to reopen next Spring when the weather warms up so they can use their outdoor patio for events.

Their normal operating hours are 3 pm until midnight on the weekdays and 11:30 am until Midnight on weekends.
There will be live music this Friday Gimme Buffet and they will be running food and drink specials all this week as well.

The Armor Inn is not the only Western New York restaurant to close this week. Big Mood was forced to close their doors after someone broke into their restaurant. You can read more about the break-in HERE.

Area restaurants will also now face extra problems trying to get customers in. Yesterday Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz announced a new mask mandate for the county which requires everyone who is out in public to wear a mask.

This includes inside of restaurants and it comes down to the employees of the restaurant to enforce the mandate on customers. So just remember if you plan on heading out this week to grab some lunch or dinner, you will need to wear a mask if you are in Erie County, and just know that the employees asking you to wear your mask is just trying to do their job so the restaurant doesn't get fined.
