Did The Buffalo Bills Fire The Wrong Person?
Bills Mafia and players were shocked when the news came out yesterday that the Buffalo Bills fired Sean McDermott and promoted Brandon Beane.
McDermott was the coach who helped the Bills end the playoff drought, took them to the AFC Championship game, and won the AFC East 5 years in a row.
He is also known for "13 Seconds", mismanaging time near the end of games, and never getting the Bills to a Super Bowl with Josh Allen as his quarterback.
On the other side, Brandon Beane was promoted to director of Football Operations and will conduct the search for a new coach. Beane has been blasted for his lack of adding a quality wide receiver over the past two seasons, and some big misses with his1st round draft picks.
So, Did The Buffalo Bills Fire The Right Guy?
A lot of players were shocked when the news came out that McDermott was fired. He has a huge impact on the lockerroom with both current players and former players questioning the move by the Bills.
In my opinion, if you were going to fire McDermott, Beane should of been fired two and vice-versa. The Bills should have started from ground zero with both a new GM and a new coach, or they should have just kept them both.

Beane hasn't done enough in my eyes to warrant his job if you fire McDermott.
