See WNY’s Beautiful Colors On The Fall Foliage Train Ride
If you're looking for something calm and relaxing to do this fall maybe check out the beautiful leaves on a train ride through Wyoming County.
Normally around this time of year people start to think about the impending season that is winter in Western New York. We start getting in all the outdoor activities that we can. Luckily, there are plenty of things to do. From corn mazes and haunted houses to apple picking and wine tasting, you can do it all in the fall here.
If you're looking to start a new tradition this year that just screams fall, think about the Fall Foliage Train Ride on the Arcade and Attica.
It's described as an approximately 2 hour and 20 minute round trip train ride where you can check out all of Western New York's beautiful leaves as they change during peak season.
There will be a stop at Curriers station where you can get off the train and do a self guided tour. They also remind you to bring the kiddos. Not only do they love train rides, but they will have kids activities for them. There will be concessions offered and restrooms will be available on site.
Tickets are available now for rides in October, but you're going to want to book as soon as possible. This one books up quickly. Adults are just $22. Kids between the ages of 2-12 are $19. They also offer a military discount with a valid ID.
We've done a different themed ride on the Arcade and Attica with our kids when they were little and they LOVED it. It was an incredibly relaxing experience and this one promises to be just as relaxing.
