The rumor of Diggs to Dallas has been going on since last November when Stefon's brother Trevor posted on "X" formerly Twitter that 14 needed to get out of Buffalo.
The latest posting from a Cowboy fan page on Facebook says the Cowboys made some moves to free up cap space for a Diggs trade.
The Cowboys released veteran wide receiver Michael Gallup in a post-June 1st move that will free up over $9 million dollars in cap space.

Would that be enough to make a Stefon Diggs trade happen? It could be.
The Bills are several million dollars under the cap and recently signed Curtis Samuel to a three-year deal. If they draft a 1st round wide receiver in April, we could see this trade happen after June 1st.
