Working in Downtown Buffalo, it's common place to see some rather interesting sights. I even see some crazy things in South Buffalo, which is where I currently reside.

Halloween is this weekend however, so that means that people will be dressed up in costumes all over Western New York. Which means we could get some even more interesting sights and sounds in Western New York.

Apparently, there was a head start on Friday afternoon in Downtown Buffalo. I'm not sure what this person is wearing (a bear suit?) but it was a fun sight on a Friday on Delaware Avenue.

The random dancing was clearly my favorite part.

I have worn mascot uniforms before, and let me just say, it's a ton of fun. Why? Because nobody knows who you are. You can dance whatever way you want and act free of guilt, because your identity is hidden inside the costume.

Granted, in the middle of the day on a Friday in the City of Buffalo, not sure what this was, but it appeared like a lot of fun to me.

I'm going to a Halloween costume party on Saturday and if you have ever seen Legends of the Hidden Temple on Nickelodeon in the '90s, that's going to me what I'm wearing -- a gold helmet and a green monkeys shirt, just like a contestant on that game show.

What's say you? Do you dress up for Halloween or do you think it's something just for kids?
