This afternoon the Superintendent of Sweet Home Central School District sent a letter home to parents stating that a student at the High School has tested positive for COVID-19.

According to the letter, the school was able to determine that the student was last in the high school on Monday, September 22nd.

The student has been in isolation since testing positive and the room where the student was has been cleaned and sanitized.

The school is working with the Erie County Health Department to contact any student, teacher, or school worker who came into contact with the infected student.
