The Land Bank in New York's second largest city is on the verge of building dozens of houses on the East Side of Buffalo.

Thanks to partnership between the Town of Cheektowaga, City of Buffalo, Erie County, and the Land Bank, nearly 100 new homes are on the way.

The development plan that was on the shelf for a few years is back and at least a dozen houses are coming.

There is a construction project underway that will leave the I-190 dark for a short time.
