What is the point of making a drug that prevents a person from getting drunk? If it wasn't for the "buzz" from drinking alcohol, I would drink water all the time. Do you think people drink 151 for the taste? Check what the geniuses at YALE have discovered.

A story like this only comes around maybe once in a lifetime. Picture a “ferry” filled to the brim with college kids getting absolutely hammered then stripping down to their birthday suits and just wreaking havoc.

You may have heard the one about the frat boys who got drunk by drinking booze through their backsides. If you did, you probably wondered if this was actually possible, but resisted trying it yourself because you have pride and a perfectly functional mouth.

A pill that eliminated all the effects alcohol on lab rats may one day be available to humans. Researchers fed the rodents — who react to alcohol similarly to how people do — the new drug after having them consume enough booze to stumble and fall down. Then they measured the rodents for balance and reflexes, finding that the rats on the drug tested as if they were still sober.

For his 58th birthday, Florida resident James Taylor (no relation to the singer) drank 48 beers. Or at least that’s what he told the cops when they arrested him last week for causing a disturbance at Florida’s Hudson Beach.

Talk about a bizarre chain of events: Oscar-winning actor Nicolas Cage was arrested early Saturday morning in New Orleans on charges of public drunkenness, disturbing the peace and domestic abuse battery.
