I've made it a point over this past Summer to make sure I try and go hike some of the trails all over Western New York. Each week, I picked somewhere new because, after all, I've lived here all my life and have never experiences any of the parks in depth the way I should have...

I love the holiday season!  Everything just seems more alive with the holiday lights and sounds of the season!  With Thanksgiving this week, you really need to start planning ahead on what activities you’ll need to fit in after all the turkey you eat!

It's Sunday and I don't want to hear any excuses about how you can't go out and have some fun today!  Seriously it's your last day of freedom before you have to head back to the trenches we call work!  Put down the remote, get off the couch, and go have some fun today!  Look I've made it super simple too!  Here are some great events this weekend you'll want to check out!

It's going to be another amazing weekend, with great weather, the Taste of Buffalo, and many more awesome things to occupy your time with. But, if you're someone who wants to just get away and enjoy the warm sunshine, maybe get some exercise or just hang out with the family.
