The owner of the Buffalo Bills and Sabres got it from hockey fans on X for his birthday. By it, we mean savage comments.

The work Terry has done for the Buffalo Bills has been nothing short of incredible. He took over a team that had missed the playoffs for 17 straight years, and made it into a year Super Bowl contender. He hired smart people to run his organization and seems to let them do what they need to do to keep the Bills in the hunt. He's building a brand new football stadium, and the present and future look amazingly bright for the Bills.

Then there's the Buffalo Sabres.

If the Sabres were one of Terry Pegula's kids, they would be the emo one that wears all black, is flunking school, is addicted to drugs, and, unless something changes, will end up nowhere good. Terry has not been a good parent to the Sabres, who have missed the playoffs and an NHL record 13 straight years. Unless a miracle happens, it will be 14 straight in a few weeks. After all, this team has been near the bottom of the league since December.

Terry turned 74 years old yesterday, and in honor of his birthday, the Buffalo Sabres X account put out a Happy Birthday message for all to see. While Bills fans are happy, Sabres fans are not, and they let them know with some savage comments.
