2020 has brought us so many things to forget. But we can all celebrate the fact that Bacon-Beer has been introduced to us and just in time for the holidays.

Waffle House has cooked up its very first brew that smells like bacon. The breakfast restaurant named it 'Bacon and Kegs.' It's described as a malty red ale enhanced with "salty, savory, and smoky bacon extract."

Here in Western New York, we are so blessed to have some of the best breweries in the country. I have been drinking beer from Hamburg Brewing recently but really, I have never had a beer that I would turn down from any brewer in the 716. The first time I can remember having a sip of beer would be when I was a kid at a family party and my dad asked me to fill his cup at the keg they had. I remember having to pump the keg handle up and down to maximize the pressure and limit the foam! Fast forward a few years, and I have a kegerator in my basement!

Even though we can't be at the stadium to cheer this season,a breakfast beer could be the next best thing to making football Sunday feel a little better.
