Tiger Woods flew to Italy yesterday to surprise his girlfriend Lindsey Vonn as she broke a world record as the winningest female World Cup skier in history.

The Tiger got CRUSHED with a photographer's camera. Apparently, just an accident.

According to Yahoo:

During a crush of photographers as the awards podium at the World Cup event in Italy, a media member with a shoulder-mounted video camera pushed and surged toward the stage, turned and hit Tiger Woods in the mouth."
