The twelve Toy Hall of Fame candidates are; Bingo, Breyer Horses, Lite-Brite, The Settlers of Catan, the Masters of the Universe, Nerf toys,  the piñata,  Phase 10, Pound Puppies, Rack-O, the Spirograph, and the top.

The final three toys that make it into the Toy Hall of Fame will be voted into the hall by industry experts along with fan voting. Fans can vote for their favorite toy right now at the Strong Museum's website.

Last year the three toys there were inducted into the Toy Hall of Fame were the  American Girl Dolls, the board game Risk, and sand.

Three of the nominees this year were also candidates last year. Catan, The Masters of the Universe, and the piñata did not get enough votes last year to make the hall but got enough support to earn a nomination this year.

The final three toys that will be inducted into the Toy Hall of Fame will be announced on November 11th.

The Strong Museum of Play is located in Rochester, New York, and besides being the home to the Toy Hall of Fame, it also has tons of exhibits about toys, comics, kid shows like Sesame Street, and more.
