A four-year college degree is not for everyone and one TV star is stepping up and offering scholarships to kids to attend a trade school.

The former star of "Dirty Jobs" Mike Rowe's foundation is offering scholarships to kids who want to learn a trade like plumbing, welding, and electrical work.

It is called the "Work Ethic" scholarship and according to the website...it is not for everyone!

The Work Ethic Scholarship Program doesn’t focus on test scores, grades, or grammar.  It’s about the people who share our values and understand the importance of work ethic, personal responsibility, delayed gratification, and a positive attitude.
