Uber Bill Still Waiting to Be Passed in New York

The New York State lawmakers are now entering the final days to make important decisions before the end of this 2016 legislative session.

Besides having to make major votes pertaining to the New York State heroin and opioid abuse problem and the regulation of fantasy sports companies such as FanDuel, the status of the Uber Bill has yet to be confirmed within the Senate, according to WKBW.

Uber is a company that has made transportation more affordable through the use of the internet. Compared to New York State taxis, Uber would be a very economical alternative for residents of the state.
