We have made it into the last part of summer here in Western New York but that doesn't mean you still can't get great veggies, fruits, breads, jams, and more from local farmers.

While the weather is still hot and summer is still here in Western New York, here are some farmer's markets to stop by and grab some local goodies from.

The good news is that some of these markets are open several days a week and some are even open year round. Start making plans to help out local producers and visit these farmer markets for some amazing treats.

    Hamburg Farmer's Market

    Located at 45 Church Street (At The Moose Lodge) in Hamburg, this farmer's market runs every Saturday from 7:30am until 1pm. There are a variety of vendors and you can even pet an Alpacha. This market runs until the last Saturday of October.

    North Tonawanda City Market

    Established way back in 1908, The North Tonawanda City Market runs year-round every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. The market is located at 310 Robinson Street in North Tonawanda.

    Elmwood Village Farmer's Market

    The Elmwood Village Farmer's market runs year-round every Saturday from 8am until 1pm. The market is located at the corner of Bidwell and Elmwood. This is a producer-only market which means you are buying right from the person who made or grew the item.

    Clinton Bailey Farmers Market

    Here is another market that is open several days a week. The Clinton and Bailey Farmer's Market is open every day from 8am until 5pm during summer hours (May 1st until November 1st) and then open on Saturdays from 6am until 1pm during winter hours (November 2nd until April 30th)

    Located at 127 West Center in Medina, NY, The Canal Village Farmer's Market runs on Saturday from 9am until 2pm.
