Woman Lives in 90 Square Foot Apartment in Manhattan

Felice Cohen of Manhattan has taken downsizing to the extreme. At 90 square feet, her apartment in the Big Apple is among the smallest in the city that never sleeps. The average amount paid for rent in Manhattan is $3,600 per month but Felice pays only $700 for her pint size palace.

In her kitchen she has a toaster oven, mini fridge and a hot pot. The location of her apartment more than makes up for its lack in size. Central Park is just a block away, Lincoln Center is nearby and the rest of Manhattan's is all with in walking distance ora short cab ride.
