13-Year-Old From Tonawanda Drives His Drunk Father

A man in the City of Tonawanda is accused of letting his 13-year-old son drive his vehicle because he "was too drunk to drive". City Police say they received a call from the burger king at Delaware Street reporting an intoxicated man on July 9th, according to WGRZ.

When police arrived they discovered the teen had drove his father to the burger king and according to the teen they also stopped at a gas station for cigarettes first.

The Man is being charged with endangering the welfare of a child and reckless endangerment
