Best Places For Margaritas In Western New York
Tomorrow we will be celebrating Cinco De Mayo and if you want to enjoy a margarita there are plenty of places in Western New York to get one on the rock or frozen.
Most experts think the best way to drink a margarita is on the rocks but my personal taste is a strawberry flavor margarita frozen with sugar on the rim.

Top 10 Places In Buffalo For Margaritas
Now if you don't want to go out and grab a margarita, there are some amazing margaritas that you can make at home.
Classic Margarita
From International Bartender's Association!
1 1/4 oz tequila
2/3 oz of Cointreau or Triple Sec
1/2 oz of lemon or lime juice
salt for rimming
Rub the rim of the glass with the lime slice to make the salt stick to it. Shake the other ingredients with ice, then carefully pour them into the glass (taking care not to dislodge any salt). Garnish and serve over ice.
Jalapeño Margarita
The Food Network spices things up!!
1 thin slice of jalapeño
1 handful of celery leaves
6 oz fresh lime juice
1 spoonful of confectioners' sugar
16 oz tequila
8 oz orange liqueur
salt for rimming
Make a big batch of margaritas with a twist. Pulse the jalapeno, celery leaves, fresh lime juice, and sugar in a blender. Mix with tequila and orange liqueur in a pitcher; chill. Serve on the rocks in salt-rimmed glasses.
Mango Margarita
A flavored margarita from Taste of Romance.
1 1/4 cups of cubed Mango
6 oz Tequila
6 oz Sour Mix
2 oz Triple Sec
ice
Pour your liquids into the blender and then the cubed mango. Blend for 10-15 seconds. Now add the ice and blend for another 30+ seconds.
Rim the glass with the cocoa rimmer. Combine all ingredients in a shaker full of ice and pour into a glass.
