Big Ditch Brewing Company Announces New Beer

Big Ditch was teasing a few announcements on their social media on Monday afternoon before finally announcing they have a brand new beer. Big Ditch Brewing Company announced their 100% NY Pale Ale made with hops grown right here in NY State. Big Ditch writes on their Facebook page that the beer features "Erie Canal Pale malt from New York Craft Malt as well as Cascade, Centennial, and Alpharoma hops from Koester Hops and Willet Hop and Grain."  Look for "unique flavors" and expect a "toasty, crisp malt flavor balanced by pine, earth, light citrus and stone fruit flavor from the hops". Big Ditch also says to look for the beer on tap within the next few weeks!

Big Ditch is not only known for their local beer but also their brew pub which exceeded expectations so much that they recently expanded. The two floor restaurant features two bars and is open for lunch and dinner.
