We're three days into free agency around the NFL and the Buffalo Bills have already made a handful of moves, including signing quarterback Mitch Trubisky to be the backup for starter Josh Allen.

Another important signing was longtime wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders, who has spent 11 years in the NFL. The Bills officially signed Sanders on Friday to 1 one-year contract worth $6 million.

Sanders has spent time with the Pittsburgh Steelers, Denver Broncos, San Francisco 49ers and spent last season with the New Orleans Saints. He's played on many teams who have made deep runs in the postseason and has caught nearly 700 career passes in his career. He's a great number two wide receiver to Stefon Diggs.

But what Bills fans might like best about Sanders was his introduction to his new NFL city and the Buffalo media. He talked glowingly about Western New York and the Bills to reporters, earlier today.

Sanders said he spent his off-days last year watching the Bills offense, because they're fun to watch, which is partly why he came to Buffalo.

He also says how the people in Buffalo are down to earth.

Probably my favorite quote from Sanders was him talking about how the Bills have the best uniforms and colors in the entire NFL.

Sanders is reunited with Bills receiver Cole Beasley. Sanders and Beasley were teammates in college, at SMU (Southern Methodist University) in Texas. He wants to win a championship for Buffalo.

There is one final thing Sanders said, that might make Bills fans roll their eyes, but it's okay. He said he likes ranch more than blue cheese, because, in his eyes, blue cheese is disgusting...

I think Emmanuel Sanders is a perfect fit for the Bills. He's still a very good wide receiver even though he just turned 34 on St. Patrick's Day; he fits the Bills offense, and he's a very humble and a down-to-earth person; plus he has a ton of playoff experience. He's exactly what the Bills were looking for.

We will see what else Buffalo decides to do in free agency and the NFL Draft is just over a month away. It's only getting started Bills Mafia!
