The Buffalo Bills knew going into Sunday's game that what happened against the Pittsburgh Steelers was not going to be good enough in week 2, and that ended up putting forth a much better performance.

The Bills dominated the Miami Dolphins, winning 35-0 at Hard Rock Stadium on Sunday. It's the sixth-straight win against the Dolphins. It's also the largest shutout win against Miami since 1966.

The big story of the game was the Bills defense. They played lights out against the Dolphins and the defensive line was the main reason why the Bills played so well.

The Bills got six sacks against the Miami offense, most of them against Jacoby Brissett, who came into the game after the first two series. Dolphins starting quarterback Tua Tagovailoa left the game in the first quarter with bruised ribs.

The Bills offense had a great start; with a 46-yard touchdown run by running back Devin Singletary and then a 5-yard touchdown pass from Bills quarterback to wide receiver Stefon Diggs.

The Bills offense sputtered during the second quarter with frustrating throws from Allen and lack of third-down conversions, but the Bills offense found its stride again in the second half and went on to win the game in a blowout.

The Dolphins have a good defense -- with one of the best cornerback tandems in the NFL. They kept up with Diggs and Emmanuel Sanders most of the time but the Bills found more space in the second half.

Allen finished 17 of 33 for 179 passing yards, two touchdowns and one interception.

Bills edge rusher A.J. Epenesa might have been the Bills best player on Sunday, as he caused multiple sacks for the Bills and won his matchup with the Miami tackle quite a few times.

Cornerback Taron Johnson also had an excellent game.

The Bills next play The Washington Football Team at Highmark Stadium next Sunday at 1 pm. A reminder that a new vaccine mandate will be in effect for that game, as fans attending must have at least one dose of the vaccine to attend.
