Bills Giving Clues They Will Pick a Tight End In The NFL Draf

It won’t be long now. Just two weeks away from the 2022 NFL Draft in Las Vegas. It’s one of the most looked-forward to days for NFL fans.

The Buffalo Bills don’t really need much. They have what many consider the most complete roster in the entire league. They also have Josh Allen at quarterback, which sure helps.

While the Bills are Super Bowl favorites, they could use depth at a few positions; most notably, cornerback, wide receiver and offensive line. Drafting a punter like Matt Azaira of San Diego State isn’t off the table either.

But what about tight end?

The Buffalo Bills have already flown in Colorado State tight end Trey McBride to One Bills Drive for a top 30 pre-draft visit, and the latest is Isaiah Likely of Coastal Carolina.

Likely is an athletic tight end who is projected to be a 2nd or 3rd round pick.

For those who are unfamiliar with these visits, teams are allowed a limited number of pre-draft visits with prospects. It’s usually a good indicator to who the Bills are interested in and also which positions they’re looking to target. There have been people wondering if these visits are smoke screens to get opposing teams off the scent of where they’re heading, but many pre-draft visits do end up on these teams that had them in.

The Bills have Dawson Knox at starter and signed O.J. Howard to serve as the second tight end for more 10-personnel (two tight end sets). Could another tight end be on the roster by the end of April?
