At the start of the season, things were not going the Buffalo Sabres way, but they finally found some luck at home last night.

The Sabres notched their first win of the year, beating the Ottawa Senators 8-,4 with three different players scoring two goals in the game. One of those players, Jack Quinn, might have also scored the craziest goal of the season, too.

Jack Quinn Scores Crazy Goal

Jack Quinn, who scored twice in the win over Ottawa, might have one of the craziest goals you will see this season. His shot went wide, but it hit the boards and bounced back towards the goal. It then hit the back of the goalie and went in for a goal!

That goal was the first goal of the game and gave the Sabres the lead in the 1st period.

Sabres Look To Extend Winning Streak

The Sabres started off the season very slowly, scoring only two goals in three games before they erupted for 8 goals last night. They will look to carry those goal-scoring ways with them back to KeyBank Center on Saturday when they host the Florida Panthers.
