Cute Puppy, Strange Howl [VIDEO]

This puppy is absolutely ADORABLE!

I'm not sure about the howl though.  If I was his owner and didn't know he did that it would freak me out the first time I heard it!  Check it out the You Tube video and you tell me if this isn't the cutest dog with the best howl ever!
