A Buffalo Restaurant Owner and Icon Has Died
The longtime owner of several well-known Western New York restaurants has died. 82-year-old Rosemary Ebeling passed away last Thursday.

She and her husband Richard have opened several popular restaurants in Buffalo over the past 50-plus years. Over the years those establishments included Dunkin' Donuts, Grandma's Donuts, Blank Angus, Grandma's Pancake House, Grandma's Restaurant, Danny's Restaurant, and Danny's South.
Danny's and Danny's South continue to operate today and are known for their Buffalo Chicken Wing Soup and other Buffalo staples.
Ebeling's Legacy
Rosemary and Richard have 5 children. She is a grandmother to 10 children and great-grandmother to one child. Ebeling's influence on the Buffalo Restaurant scene will be fondly remembered and continues today. Our deepest condolences to the Ebeling family and their friends.
Funeral
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a wake for Rosemary at Lombardo Funeral Home on Abbott Rd. Wednesday from 3pm - 8pm. Her funeral will be held at St. Bernadette Church on South Abbott Rd. in Orchard Park Thursday morning at 10. More info can be found here: Legacy.com
