The Buffalo Bills are preparing for their 2021 regular season finale against the New York Jets on Sunday and it's still not known yet who the Bills will play in the Wild Card Round of the NFL playoffs.

Chances are it will be at home, assuming they beat the Jets and/or the New England Patriots lose to the Miami Dolphins this Sunday.

But looking back one more time to this past Sunday against the Atlanta Falcons, the game featured a winning formula the Bills don't often use often -- running the football. The Bills ran for over 200 yards rushing, with running back Devin Singletary getting over 100 yards on the ground.

Perhaps the weather is why the Bills took that approach. The weather featured some wind gusts and on-again, off-again snow showers. It picked up in the second half of the game.

The Falcons play in Georgia for their home games and they also play in a dome, so they don't normally play in the snow and cold weather. One Falcons player admitted that he did not like the snow and hated playing in it.

Former Bills tight end Lee Smith, who plays now for Atlanta, was mic'd up for the game and towards the end of the video the Falcons tweeted out, it featured linebacker Mykal Walker telling Smith, "I don't care what nobody says, you can't get used to this."

Make sure to skip to the 5:33 mark of the video for the quote.

Walker played his college football at Fresno State, which is in California, so he's not exactly used to playing in the snow.

Is it true Buffalo, that we never get used to the snow and cold every winter? It's certainly not easy, but we adapt, which is what being a Buffalonian is all about.
