If you are a fan of Buffalo sports, you need to see this awesome exhibit going on at The Buffalo History Museum.  Icons: The Makers and Moments of Buffalo Sports.

And the best part, other than seeing memorabilia from Dominik Hasek, Ralph Wilson, The Buffalo Braves, Bandits, and Bisons will be the price of admission. The Buffalo History Museum is offering "Pay What You Wish".

According to WIVB:

The Museum is open with pay what you wish admission, Wednesdays 10 a.m. until 8 p.m., and Thursdays through Saturdays, 10 a.m. until 5 p.m.

There is also a slew of other fascinating exhibits and collections being housed at the museum that are up for display as well.

Did you know that this establishment is the home that houses the firearm that was used in the assignation of President William McKinley outside The Temple of Music at the Pan American Exposition? Me either and with the "Pay What You Wish" initiative you can keep going back. See all the ongoings at the Buffalo History Museum HERE.

Full disclosure, I have never visited this particular museum, and I now feel like I am doing myself a disservice. The history of this area fascinates me, and to me, this museum along with the Buffalo Public Library downtown looks to be two great meccas of historical Buffalo and the surrounding areas.
