There’s a Kansas City Chiefs Backer Bar in Buffalo
There are few places, if any, as crazy about their sports teams in this country as the City of Buffalo is.
The Bills are everything to this community and the Sabres are making a comeback into being a playoff contender. The city was in Sabres mania back in 2005-2007, with those two post-lockout teams.
You can go to any bar almost and enjoy a Bills game with Bills Mafia. These places are packed for every game and it was like that for the AFC Divisional round game against the Cincinnati Bengals, even though the result wasn't what we wanted.
Did you know that there are other NFL teams backers bars in Western New York though? There's even a popular Kansas City Chiefs bar.
Casey's Black Rock on Amherst Street in the City of Buffalo is a Chiefs backer bar and has been since the establishment went into new ownership and remodeling a few years ago.
They have good fun though with fans upset they are a backer bar for the Bills biggest non-division rival and do support the Bills when the Chiefs are not playing.
They are the destination for Bills and Chiefs fans in Buffalo when the two teams play one another.
Opposing teams backer bars are a common thing when you go to places like Nashville, Miami, Phoenix, Charlotte, etc. They're less common in places like Buffalo but Casey's has gotten a reputation for having great food and a fun atmosphere, in part due to a Chiefs backer bar setting.
