One NFL Pundit Is Predicting A Great Lakes Super Bowl

The time has finally come for professional football to return to us. It's been a long spring and summer, but one of America's favorite sports is back, and so are the hopes and dreams of millions of football fans for their team to take it all the way to the big game and take home the coveted Lombardi Trophy.

Alas, only two teams can compete in the Super Bowl, and only one can be crowned world champions.

With the start of the NFL season, there are tons of predictions speculating who will win the big game, but in Buffalo, we don't care about those - we only care about the ones that pick the Bills to go to the Super Bowl, and it seems one NFL prognosticator agrees with us.

In fact, he's predicting something that has never happened before - a Great Lakes Super Bowl.

Kyle Brant Says Buffalo and Detroit Are Going To The Super Bowl

One of Buffalo's biggest backers, Kyle Brant, made a big prediction the other day, saying that the Detroit Lions will face the Buffalo Bills in Super Bowl LIX, which will be played on February 9, 2025, at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana.

If this happens, it would be the first time the two teams have faced each other in the playoffs.

According to NFL Records, the Bills and Lions have faced each other 12 times since 1960 when the Buffalo Bills entered the NFL. Buffalo leads the series against Detroit, winning 7 of those 12 games, while Detroit has won 4 games, and the team has tied once. Buffalo has also won the last four meetings in a row.

Buffalo has such a chokehold over the Lions that during the 2022 season, the Bills won more consecutive games in Detroit's Ford Field than the Lions did.

However, it seems that Kyle Brant doesn't think Buffalo can take that role into the Super Bowl to beat the Lions. In the video below, you can see he thinks Buffalo will not win, as he picked the Lions to take it all.
