Help End Hunger In WNY By Attending The ‘Sweet Expectations’ Event
You can help end hunger here in Western New York while having a great time. FeedMore WNY is hosting its annual fundraising event, Sweet Expectations. The fundraiser will take place from 5 pm to 9 pm on Thursday, May 18 at The Powerhouse, located at 140 Lee Street in Buffalo. At the Sweet Expectations event, you'll enjoy food and drink tastings, an auction, event raffles, and more.
Join us on May 18 as we indulge in a sweet evening filled with bubbly drinks, delectable dishes and divine desserts from premier local establishments in support of the mission of FeedMore WNY.
This is FeedMore WNY's signature fundraiser, which helps support all of the work it does to fight food insecurity in Western New York. In 2021, FeedMore's feeding programs served more than 1.3 million meals to homebound neighbors and older adults. The organization also delivered 13.7 million pounds of food to WNYers through nearly 400 pantries, soup kitchens, emergency shelters, and other hunger-relief agencies in Erie, Niagara, Cattaraugus, and Chautauqua counties.

The Sweet Expectations event will feature drinks, savory dishes, and desserts from premier local WNY establishments, live music from XOXO Pop Band, food demonstrations from Chef Camille as seen on the Food Network, auctions, raffles, and more.
