I am a massive food lover, and I love all the treats at the Erie County Fair. Fair Food is one of the main reasons I head to the Fair every year. From elephant ears to burgers and more, the Fair is a must-stop for food lovers in Western New York.

The best part is that they always have new food and treats to try, and 2026 is no different. This year, as part of the "New Food Showdown" you will have choices between savory and sweet, or, if you are like me, you try both!
The best part, too is that the Erie County Fair gives you a chance to try these new foods and other foods at a special price with their "Taste of the Fair." On August 17th, you can get samples of food from vendors for just $3 each. That means you can try the new foods or even get some of your all-time favorites without breaking the bank.
