We all know someone that you would call a Tool, so we decided that every Monday we would shine a spotlight on the bottom of the gene pool with Jack FM's "Tool of the Week" brought to you by Lakeshore Hardware and Tool Rental.

This week's tools come to us from Oregon where the police got a 2 for 1 deal on car thieves.

According to Fox 12, the police were able to bust a car theft after he crashed a stolen car into another car that was reported stolen. Police arrested both Randy Lee Cooper and Kristin Begue after the accident. Check out their mugshots.
