Buffalo’s Josh Allen Now Favorite To Win NFL MVP
The Buffalo Bills wrecked the Kansas City Chief's perfect season this past Sunday at Highmark Stadium.
Buffalo's QB1 Josh Allen had a lot to do with the Bills winning on Sunday, including this amazing run for a touchdown in the 4th quarter to seal the game for the Bills.
Now it looks as if the rest of the NFL has caught up on how special Allen really is as oddsmakers now have Allen as the favorite to win the NFL MVP award this season.
There have been only four Buffalo Bills players to be named the NFL MVP.
Cookie Gilchrist in 1962
Jack Kemp in 1965
O.J Simpson in 1973
Thurman Thomas in 1991.
This season Allen has thrown for 2,543 yards with 18 touchdowns and only 5 interceptions. He has also rushed for 316 yards and 5 touchdowns.
Allen has been in the MVP running for the past couple of seasons but has never won the award.
The Bills are off this week as they have a BYE on Sunday. They will return back to action on Sunday, December 1st when they host the San Fransico 49ers on Sunday Night Football.
If you are heading out to that game, stop by the "We Are Buffalo" tailgate before the game just in front of Prohibition 20/20.
The Bills are 9-2 on the season and hold a 5-game lead over the Miami Dolphins for the AFC East title. They are also in 2nd place for the playoff seeding in the AFC.
