The host of Good Morning Football and a self-professed Bills fan wasn't surprised the trade happened. In fact, he thinks the Bills have really good reasons to do it.

In a shocking move Wednesday, the Buffalo Bills traded star wide receiver Stefon Diggs to the Houston Texans for a 2nd round pick in 2025.

Kyle Brandt took to Twitter/X to give his reaction to the trade, and it was different from many others' takes.

Brandt says, in his opinion, the Bills saw a 31-year-old aging receiver who had the "drop of a generation" in their playoff loss to the Chiefs this year. He also states Diggs disappears in the playoffs.

Brandt went on to say his relationships with Josh Allen and the team made a difference in the decision while saying the Bills do have work to do replacing him. He isn't mourning the Bills though. Watch below.

Many speculate the Bills are going to take a wide receiver in the draft this year, and perhaps trade up to do so.
