A Massive Lego Block Party is Coming To Western New York

Get your favorite block builders together.  There's a huge "LEGO Block Party" coming to Western New York.

Remember how fun it was to sit down and build something out of LEGOs when you were a kid?  You could sit there for hours with your creation.  Many adults are realizing that the feeling never goes away.  There's something very relaxing about building something out of those little plastic blocks.  If it's been a while since you've "played" with some LEGOs, maybe it's time to reignite that fire.

Whether you're a little kid or a grown adult, you're going to want to check out the upcoming "Block Party" that's being hosted at the Walden Galleria by a local Lego User Group called "BuffaLUG."  They've teamed up with the Lego Store to put on a display of some of their coolest creations that you'll be able to check out.

“We have an incredibly talented pool of LEGO builders here in the Buffalo region. We wanted to create an event that would showcase and celebrate their work.” - BuffaLUG founder Eric Santiago. 

 

Massive Lego Block Party Coming To Western New York

Thanks to the LEGO Store, they'll also have a "Make and Take" session where attendees will have the opportunity to build a bunny-themed LEGO creation that they'll be able to take home with them.

The event is free and will be held Saturday, March 22 from 10 am - 6 pm at the Walden Galleria Mall (1 Walden Galleria, Buffalo, NY 14225), near Best Buy and the Apple Store. The Make and Take session will take place between 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm.
