Coaches That Could Be Hired By The Buffalo Bills
A new era of Buffalo Bills football will start this offseason as it was reported that the Buffalo Bills have moved on from Sean McDermott. McDermott will leave Buffalo with a 98- 50 regular-season record and just one losing season since he joined the team in 2017.
So now the question is, who will replace McDermott as the new head coach? The Bills' job is attractive because of Josh Allen and James Cook, but there are issues with the salary cap, and some important player on the defense could leave via free agency.
I think the team will look to hire an offense-minded Head Coach, someone who could use what the Bills have around Josh Allen and make it special.
Three Coaches That Could Come To Buffalo
Mike McDaniel - The former Miami Dolphins head man is well known in Buffalo by the Bills Mafia. He also knows the Bills' roster very well and is known as an offensive genius. Many people wanted McDaniel to join the Bills as OC when he was fired by Miami. Could the Bills make the move and make him the head man? He could do a lot with Josh Allen.
Klint Kubiak - Currently the OC in Seattle, Kubiak is a former NFL QB and is known to get a lot out of his QBs. The Bills wouldn't be able to hire Kubiak until after the Seahawks are out of the playoffs or win the Super Bowl. While he has no head coaching experience, he has been a coach since 2010, starting in college before making his way into the NFL.
Grant Udinski - The current OC in Jacksonville, he turned around the career of Trevor Lawrence this season. The Jags won the AFC South and lost to Buffalo in the NFL wildcard round. If Udinski were to be hired, he would be the youngest head coach ever in NFL history at 30 years old. He would be just one year older than Josh Allen.
