New York Governor Hochul Trash Talks Mahomes Before Bills Game
During a recent press conference at the Buffalo Museum of Science, New York Governor Kathy Hochul took a moment to let the starting Quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs know exactly how she felt about their upcoming matchup against AFC Divisional matchup against the Buffalo Bills.
The run-up to today's big game has been massive. Various local businesses are promising to close early so their staff can watch game. One local store has taken Kansas City products off of its shelves. Players from other NFL teams are tailgating with Bills fans, and even our elected officials like Buffalo Mayor Bryon Brown and Governor Hochul making bets against their counterparts in Kansas City and the state of Kansas.
As Governor Hochul was finishing up her remarks and getting ready to put her Buffalo Bills mask back on, she took a moment to ratchet up the energy and throw out some classic Buffalo trash talk.
Patrick Mahomes, you've got nothing on Josh Allen. You are in trouble, my friend. I don't mind trash-talking you every day of the week, because we're going to take you down!
-Kathy Hochul, Governor of New York
All of western New York is ready for a great game today. If you need us to refresh your memory of the last game between Buffalo and Kansas City, the Bills circled the wagons in Arrowhead Stadium on October 10, 2021, beating the Chiefs 38 to 20.
