New York’s Drunkest Town Announced

Rowdy Bills fans in Buffalo, Syracuse University students; New York has it's share of people who are ready to party. However, which city or town is the drunkest in New York?

MetroSource News states that:

Watertown-Fort Drum is reportedly the drunkest city in New York, again.

"The Watertown Daily Times"  stated that a recent report, published by 247wallst.com, said 22.9 percent of adults binge drink or drink heavily, above the state level of 18.2 percent.

It may be just a small town. But with the military base around the corner in Ft Drum, Watertown tops the list for the second year in a row.

The article pointed out that:

more than 50% of Army personnel binge drink — four drinks in a single sitting for women and five for men — on a monthly basis.
