News Anchor Schools Internet Bully on Live TV
A CBS news anchor and reporter from Wisconsin decided she wasn't going to let a bully make her feel bad. Then she turned the tables on him and pointed out to the world that he's a gigantic doofus on air. Jennifer Livingston: 1, Internet Jerk: 0.
A viewer sent a letter to Livingston, saying that because she was obese, she shouldn't be on air and certainly shouldn't be hosting segments about health. Livingston's response to being called overweight: "You think I don't know that."
She also said that she's more than a number on a scale and delivered an inspiring message to people who are victims of bullies everywhere. What a great kick-off to National Anti-Bullying Month.
