People who love to vacation in the bright lights of Las Vegas will be happy to hear that there's a new non-stop flight option coming from Buffalo.

As it stands right now, Southwest Airlines is the only option available that will fly non-stop from Buffalo to Las Vegas.  But there's a new one coming soon.

If you hate layovers and the possibility of flights being canceled halfway to your destination, Frontier Airlines is about to give you a new option.  They're going to offer non-stop service from Buffalo to Vegas starting on August 9th.  Right now, Southwest flies to McCarran Las Vegas Airport.  Frontier would use Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas as their final destination.

If non-stop service from Buffalo using Frontier airlines sounds familiar, that's because they're already offering non-stop flights to other destinations like Orlando, Cancun, and Myrtle Beach.

The airfare isn't bad either for the introductory flights.  According to WKBW, they're offering the Vegas Flights for just $99 for flights from August 9th through October 5th.  Now, it should be noted that that price doesn't cover a refund option, carry-on bag, checked luggage or a pre-reserved seating assignment.  So it could end up costing more than that in the end, but if you're hoping to fly to Vegas in the next couple months, it might make a lot of sense to look into this option.

The promotional price doesn't count for August 31st and September 6th and 7th.
