Obamatini [DRINKS WITH JACK]

Ingredients

3 oz. Pineapple juice
2 oz. Gin
3/4 oz. Lime juice
3/4 oz. Simple syrup
1/4-1/2 Serrano pepper or Thai chili pepper
Dash Angostura bitters

Method

Add ingredients into shaker, and crush the chili inside of the shaker. Add ice, then shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Strain into cocktail glass, and garnish with a lemon twist.
