President Obama Takes Delightfully Unexpected Walk Around Washington [VIDEO]

Obama decided to be an everyman recently by taking a stroll through Washington, DC and stopping to speak to a few surprised folks along the way, while also taking pictures and giving hugs.
It's enough to make you think he was running for office all over again.
