Somehow, I don't think this is behavior condoned by James Tiberus Kirk or Jean-Luc Picard. Navy Captain Owen Honors, is being ridiculed for what some say are lewd and offensive videos he and other executive officers made for crew members of the USS Enterprise before departure to the Middle East.
