It's so awesome to see summer concerts happening this summer, after not happening at all in 2020. We already have concerts on the docket for national recording artists and local music artists in Western New York in the next three months.

What goes well with summer concerts? Well, beer of course. One of the best local breweries is Resurgence Brewing Company and there's a really cool event happening this July you need to know about.

According to their Facebook page, Resurgence Brewing Company is holding an event called "Concert for the Parks" at Chesnut Ridge Park in Orchard Park on Saturday, July 10th from 12-8 pm.

This concert event will be FREE but if you really want to be at the front of the stage, there will be $20 VIP tickets available to purchase.

Tim Britt + Stephen Babcock will be performing from 2-5 pm, while the Black Rock Beetles will be performing from 6-8 pm.

The event will take place on the sledding hill of Chesnut Ridge and feature brews from Resurgence, along with local food truck vendors!

Why is it called "Concert for the Parks'?

A portion of all beverage proceeds will go towards the Erie County Parks, in an effort to improve the park experiences and community events.

Resurgence Brewing Company is probably in my top three favorite breweries in all of Buffalo, and this is such a great location for an event such as this. Beer, food, and live music all day...PLUS, it goes for a great cause. This event checks all the boxes.
