Pat McMahon’s Found a Possible Way to Ditch Car Payments — But You Gotta Act Now
Can you believe the heat waves we've had this summer? You think it's draining when your AC can't keep up with triple-digit highs? Try dealing with a vehicle with no AC!
So far this summer, I've had AC, suspension, and even transmission problems with my car. It's been nickle and diming me to death — so I did a double-take (figuratively speaking) when I learned about Seneca Gaming & Entertainment's Survive the Ride Giveaway on Sept. 19, 2026. One "survivor" will win a new 2026 Ford Bronco free and clear. No repairs needed, just smooth riding down the road.
Entering is easy. You just swipe your Player's Card every time you put money in a slot machine at Seneca Gaming Irving, and they keep track of it for you. They have more than 650 gaming machines, so you'll undoubtedly find several with themes and graphics you like. It's open to anyone 18 or older.
I've been with the guys from work and even on date night with my wife. We had a great time playing the slots, going old school with paper Bingo cards, trying the electronic Bingo tablets, the whole 9 yards.
This month, they are hosting Express Bingo at 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. Sept. 29; all regular games pay out $300, and the jackpot is $1,000. That day, you also can earn an entry to win cash, free play, or a gift card. It's fun, fast, rapid, right in their bingo hall.
If slots are more your thing, they are keeping the energy high with these chances to win more with your Player's Card:
- Super Senior Free Play: Those 55 and older can use their Player's Card to earn $10 in free play every Wednesday (all day).
- Birthday Free Play: Insert your Player's Card on any day of your birthday month to get $10-$20 in free play.
- Drive for Five: Between noon and 7 p.m. on Sundays, earn with your Player's Card and get $15 in free play.
- Play More Get More: Qualified players with a Player's Card are mailed a mailer with a free play amount.
- New Member Reward: Sign up for a Player's Card, start earning, and get $10-$20 in free play.
- Win -N- Play Wednesday: Every Wednesday through December, use your Player's Card to play for a chance at $200 free play and/or two football tickets to a home game.
And the clock is ticking, so earn those chances to Survive the Ride. The more entries you log, the better your chances are of remaining standing for the elimination finale at 10:15 p.m. Sept. 19. Visit senecagames.com to learn more.
