Lake Effect

The lake effect snow is still falling in parts of New York State and another Winter Storm Watch has just been posted for the region.

It looks like it will be a snowy start to Spring this year in New York State.

After a week of non-stop snow across New York State, it looks like we are going to have even more snow today.

Enough snow has fallen on Western New York that schools need to be shut down for a 4th consecutive day.

This week we have seen plenty of snow all across New York State.

Lake Effect Snows are hitting the Buffalo area so hard that school districts are cancelling classes for 3rd consecutive day.

It looks like we are not done with snow yet here in Western New York.

No matter how often it happens and how much we get used to it, just the idea of thundersnow captivates us, especially when you can see it from space

Another cold front is set to move across Western New York early next week and with that will be another round of Lake Effect Snow.
