National Donut Day

To quote the great Homer J. Simpson..."Mmmmm, Donuts". National Donut Day is Friday, June 3rd, and we have found all the best deals across Western New York.

Everyone loves donuts. I wouldn't trust someone who said they didn't. Donuts are delicious. But what is America's favorite type of donut?

The first Friday in June is always reserved for a delicious donut...or several. It's National Donut Day!  And it's not just some silly made-up holiday to sell more donuts.  The Salvation Army started it in 1938 to honor the women who handed out donuts to soldiers during World War One...

If you put down that morning Cruller or Long John because you're trying to watch your figure or keep your blood sugar from skyrocketing, go ahead and have one. Just tell yourself it's National Donut Day.

It's the most wonderful time of the year. That's right: Friday is National Donut Day.
